Our new picture feature allows you to add images to your online booking listings, giving potential guests a visual preview of your spaces before they make a reservation. This article explains the benefits of adding pictures and provides step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature.

Requirements

  • This feature is only available for customers on the upgraded version of OpenCampground.
  • You can add up to 2 pictures per space.

How to Add Pictures to Your Spaces

  1. Access Settings
    • Log in to your account
    • Navigate to the Settings menu
  2. Go to Spaces
    • Select Spaces from the settings menu
    • Find the space you want to add pictures to
  3. Upload Images
    • Click on the "Upload Images"
    • Select the images you want to upload from your device
    • Confirm your selection
    • Check the box "Make the Space Images Live" 
  4. Manage Your Pictures
    • After uploading, you can preview how your pictures will appear to guests
    • To replace an image, simply upload a new one in its place

Image Requirements

Please ensure your images meet our requirements for the best results:

  • File types: JPG, PNG
  • Maximum file size: 3MB per image
  • Max size= 1600px x 1200px
  • Minimum Size= 800px 600px
  • Content: Images should accurately represent your space

Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues with uploading pictures:

  • Check that your images meet our size and format requirements
  • Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Try reducing the file size if uploads are failing
  • Contact support if problems persist
