Adding Pictures to Your Online Bookings

Our new picture feature allows you to add images to your online booking listings, giving potential guests a visual preview of your spaces before they make a reservation. This article explains the benefits of adding pictures and provides step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature.

Requirements
- This feature is only available for customers on the upgraded version of OpenCampground.
- You can add up to 2 pictures per space.
How to Add Pictures to Your Spaces
- Access Settings
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Settings menu
- Go to Spaces
- Select Spaces from the settings menu
- Find the space you want to add pictures to
- Upload Images
- Click on the "Upload Images"
- Select the images you want to upload from your device
- Confirm your selection
- Check the box "Make the Space Images Live"
- Manage Your Pictures
- After uploading, you can preview how your pictures will appear to guests
- To replace an image, simply upload a new one in its place
Image Requirements
Please ensure your images meet our requirements for the best results:
- File types: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 3MB per image
- Max size= 1600px x 1200px
- Minimum Size= 800px 600px
- Content: Images should accurately represent your space
Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues with uploading pictures:
- Check that your images meet our size and format requirements
- Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Try reducing the file size if uploads are failing
- Contact support if problems persist
