Managing Seasons

Managing Seasons

Seasons are a powerful tool in OpenCampground that allow you to optimize your pricing strategy and manage your campground more efficiently throughout the year. By setting up seasons, you can enjoy several key benefits:

  1. Flexible Pricing: Easily adjust rates based on demand, allowing you to charge premium prices during peak times and offer attractive discounts during slower periods.
  2. Automated Management: Once set up, rates will automatically adjust based on the date, saving you time and reducing the risk of pricing errors.
  3. Improved Revenue: By tailoring your prices to different time periods, you can maximize revenue during high-demand seasons and increase occupancy during off-peak times.

Seasons can be as broad or specific as you need, from general categories like "Summer" and "Winter" to targeted periods like "Holiday Weekends" or "Local Event Weeks". This flexibility allows you to create a pricing structure that perfectly suits your campground's unique situation and market demands.
