OpenCampground is proud to offer a seamless payment solution through our partnership with CardConnect. This direct payment integration allows our customers to easily accept credit card payments for both online and in-office reservations, streamlining your payment processes and enhancing your guests' experience.

Getting Started with CardConnect:
- Follow this link to our partner page with CardConnect, and fill out the form. The helpful staff will reach back out to get your Merchant Account set up and discuss pricing.
- Once your setup and agreement are completed, CardConnect will provide us with payment configuration credentials
- Log into OpenCampground, navigate to Settings under the "Admin" section, and click on "Payment Configurations". Choose whether you want to take payments for online reservations, in-office reservations, or both
Note: For in-office reservations, a "Process with Card Terminal" button will appear on the Complete Reservation page, allowing you to process credit/debit cards using your CardConnect-provided terminal. You will need CardConnect to provide you with a Clover Device.
Additional Note: POS systems and Card Terminals are provided directly by CardConnect/CardPointe. Any support or setup for these machines is handled by CardConnect, not OpenCampground support.
