Creating a New Guest

Guests profiles are created in two different ways: Online Guest Reservations or In-Office Reservations. 

  1. An Online Guest Reservation is when a guest books a reservation online via our reservation booking system.
  2. An In-Office Reservation is when a staff member accesses our manager portal, and books a reservation on behalf of a Guest
OpenCampground keeps all of your guest data so that you can market to them at a latter date.
