OpenCampground allows you to configure your email system to send custom email notifications, such as reservation confirmations, updates, cancellations, and feedback requests. To set up email configurations, follow these steps:
- Go to Admin section
- Click on "Email" tab
- In the Email Configuration section, you'll need to provide the following SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) settings:
Mail Sender Address (e.g. youremail@gmail.com)
Reply- To Address (the email address that you want your guests to reply to)
Mail CC Address (Carbon copy. Recipients are sent a copy of the email)
Mail BCC Address (Blind carbon copy. Recipients won’t be able to see that someone else has been sent a copy of the email)
Save Changes
By configuring email settings in OpenCampground, you can streamline communication with your guests, providing them with timely and personalized notifications throughout the reservation process.
