OpenCampground offers 12 customizable reports:

  1. Arriving Today: Lists all guests scheduled to check in today
  2. Arriving Tomorrow: Shows guests expected to arrive the following day
  3. Scheduled Arrivals: Allows you to view arrivals for a specific time period
  4. Checking Out Today: Displays all guests due to depart today
  5. Checking Out Tomorrow: Lists guests scheduled to leave the next day
  6. Scheduled Checkout: Enables you to see all departures within a chosen time frame
  7. Extras (add-ons): Provides details on additional services or items booked by guests
  8. Reservations: Offers a view of all current reservations within a chosen time frame
  9. Checked In Guests: Lists all of the Guests currently checked in
  10. Groups: Displays all of the groups and the guests associated with each group
  11. Payments: Provides a detailed record of all financial transactions, including dates, amounts, taxes, and payment methods
  12. Occupancy: Provides a detailed report of key KPI's such as: Average Occupancy Rate, Revenue Per Available Site, Length of Stay, and Total Revenue

Instructions: Running Custom Reports

  1. Go to the Reporting
  2. Click on Custom Reports
  3. Choose a report type
  4. Set report parameters (if applicable). Some reports may require you to select a date range or other criteria
  5. Click "Generate Report"
