Group Reservations
A Group Reservation is a booking for multiple sites or units at once. Perfect for families, clubs, or organizations planning to camp together. This feature allows guests to reserve several spots in one transaction, ensuring everyone in the group stays close together.

- Easier planning and coordination for large gatherings
Group Reservations can be made both online by guests and in-office by staff, offering flexibility in how these bookings are created.
- Click on New Reservations
- Click on the toggle button "Group Reservation" to enter in the Group Reservation Mode
- Select your criteria and click "Find space"
- Select the number of sites that will be part of this "Group" by selecting the "select" button. You must choose more than one site
- Once you've selected your sites, click the "Continue Booking" button
- Assign a Group Name by selecting the "Select Group" button. You can either enter a new Group Name, or select a pre-existing Group from the list
- Assign this Group an Organizer by filling in their personal information
- You can add additional guests to the group and assign these guests to individual sites. Think of this Guest as the main person or point of contact for that specific site. Also, you can choose how many Guest, children, and pets will be on each site
- To change the main person for each site, click on the the drop down arrow to the left which toggles through each person that is responsible for the site.
- Click the drop down labeled "Choose Site" to change the person that will be responsible for that site.
- Complete the Group Reservation by clicking on the button "Complete Reservation" button
Each site has its' own "reservation number". This allows each guest to pay for their site.
Group Reservations can only be created by Managers or staff. Guests cannot book a Group Reservation via for Online Reservations
