How to Print a Reservation

This article explains how to print a reservation from your OpenCampground system. Printing reservations is useful for keeping physical records, providing guests with paper confirmation, or having handy reference during check-in.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access the Reservations Menu
- Log into your OpenCampground account
- Navigate to the Reservations menu in the main navigation
- Open the Reservation Details
- Locate the reservation you want to print in the list
- Click the View button next to that reservation
- This will open the detailed reservation page
- Print the Reservation
- Look for the Print button at the top of the reservation details screen
- Click this button to open the print dialog
- Your browser's print dialog will appear, showing a preview of the reservation
- Complete the Printing Process
- Select your desired printer from the options
- Adjust any print settings as needed (paper size, orientation, etc.)
- Click Print to send the reservation to your printer
What Gets Printed
The printed reservation includes:
- Reservation number
- Guest information
- Stay dates
- Site/space details
- Payment information
- Reservation status
Troubleshooting
If you don't see the Print button:
- Make sure you're on the reservation details page (after clicking "View")
- Try refreshing your browser
- Check if you have the necessary permissions in your user account
If the printed reservation doesn't look correct:
- Try using a different browser
- Adjust your print settings (landscape vs. portrait orientation)
- Check your printer settings for margin adjustments

- You can also save the reservation as a PDF by selecting "Save as PDF" in most browsers' print dialog
