Overview

If you've forgotten your password or need to create a new one, follow these simple steps to reset it.

Step-by-Step Password Reset Instructions

1. Start the Reset Process
   • On the login page, click the "Forgot password" link
   • This link is located below the login fields
2. Verify Your Email
   • Enter the email address associated with your account. If the email does not exist in our system, you will not be verified
   • Click "Send Verification Code"
3. Check Your Email
   • The system will send a PIN to the email address on file
   • Check your inbox (and spam/junk folders if needed)
4. Enter the PIN
   • Return to the password reset page
   • Enter the PIN from your email into the field 
5. Create a New Password
   • Enter your new password following the requirements below
   • Confirm your new password by typing it again
   • Click "Change Password"
6. Login with Your New Password
   • Return to the login page
   • Enter your email and new password
   • Click "Login"

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
• Include at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z)
• Include at least 1 number (0-9)
• Include at least 1 special character (such as !@#$%^&*)

Troubleshooting

I Didn't Receive a PIN Email

If you don't receive the PIN email within a few minutes:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify you entered the correct email address
3. Try the "Forgot password" process again
4. Contact support if problems persist
