Providing Printed Receipts

Though OpenCampground sends confirmation emails for In-Office and Online Reservations, some Guests may want a physical receipt of the transaction made for their records. 

In OpenCampground, the Print option provides details of the reservation or transaction such as:
  1. Business Name and Contact information
  2. Guest Information
  3. Reservation Number
  4. Space/ Site Number
  5. Payment Type (e.g. MasterCard, Visa)
  6. Payment Method (e.g. Cash, Check)
  7. Amount
  8. Memo
  9. Payment Date and Time Stamp
  10. Authorization Code
Instructions:
  1. Go to "Transactions"
  2. Locate the Transaction 
  3. Click "Print"
  4. Choose your printing options and click Save or Print
