How to View Groups and its' Members
What's a Group?
A Group is when an Organizer books multiple sites for a set of campers staying together (like family reunions or youth camps).
View Your Groups
- Go to Custom Reports
- Click "Groups". The report will show details and the Organizer related to that group such as:
- Group Name
- Spaces Booked
- Organizer
- Start Date (when the Reservation started)
- End Date (when the Reservation ended)
View Group Members
- From the Groups screen
- Click "Show Guests" to see:
- Name
- Email
- Phone
- Address
- City
- State
Exporting Groups
To Export the Groups and it's members:
- Click on the button Export Data
- The system will download the data in a .csv file format
