How to View Groups and its' Members

What's a Group?

A Group is when an Organizer books multiple sites for a set of campers staying together (like family reunions or youth camps).

View Your Groups

  1. Go to Custom Reports
  2. Click "Groups". The report will show details and the Organizer related to that group such as:
    1. Group Name
    2. Spaces Booked
    3. Organizer
    4. Start Date (when the Reservation started)
    5. End Date (when the Reservation ended) 

View Group Members

  1. From the Groups screen
  2. Click "Show Guests" to see:
    • Name
    • Email 
    • Phone
    • Address
    • City 
    • State

Exporting Groups

To Export the Groups and it's members:
  1. Click on the button Export Data
  2. The system will download the data in a .csv file format
