Viewing your sites availability

The site availability feature in OpenCampground provides a clear overview of the status of each site, allowing staff to quickly identify which sites are occupied, reserved, vacant, or unavailable for booking.

Viewing Site Availability

To view site availability in OpenCampground, follow these steps:
  1. Click on "Site Availability"
  2. The site availability page will display a list of all the sites within the property
  3. The number "Available Sites" displays how many sites are available for the current day
  4. You can filter the calendar by site type by clicking the dropdown "Filter Results"
For each site, you can see the following information:
  1. Site Number or Name
  2. Site Type (e.g., RV site, tent site, cabin)
Sites are color coded to reflect their current status:
  1. Occupied: Green
  2. Reserved: Blue
  3. Not Checked In: Yellow
  4. Unavailable: Grey
  5. Oversay: Red
By regularly checking the site availability in OpenCampground, staff can ensure efficient site management, prevent double bookings, and effectively plan for upcoming reservations and maintenance tasks. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of the property's occupancy status, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing the overall guest experience.
