Overview

The Reservations view displays all current reservations in your system. For users familiar with the legacy version of OpenCampground, this view replaces the "In Park List" functionality, providing enhanced filtering and management capabilities.

Understanding the Reservations List

The Reservations list provides a comprehensive overview of all current reservations with the following information columns:

• Reservation #: Unique identifier for each reservation
• Customer Name: Guest's full name
• Rig Type: Type of camping unit (RV, tent, etc.)
• Start Date: Check-in date
• End Date: Check-out date
• Site: Assigned site/space number or name
• Amount Paid: Total amount received from guest
• Amount Due: Remaining balance to be collected
• Status: Current status (Reserved, Checked In, Review, etc.)
  
• Buttons to Check In, Cancel, or View more details

Filtering Reservations

You can filter the reservations list to find specific types of reservations:

1. Select from the following filter options:
   • Checked In: View only guests currently checked in
   • Group Reservations: View only group bookings
   • Reserved: View upcoming reservations not yet checked in
2. The list will update automatically to show only the filtered results

Searching for Specific Reservations

The search function allows you to quickly find specific reservations:

1. Use the Search box at the top of the reservations list
2. Enter any of the following search criteria:
   • Full name
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Reservation number
   • Amount paid/due
3. Press Enter or click the search icon
4. The system will display matching results

Managing Reservations

From the Reservations list, you can perform several actions:

Viewing Reservation Details

1. Find the reservation you want to view
2. Click the View button in that reservation's row
3. The system will display the complete reservation details, including:
   • Guest information
   • Payment history
   • Notes
   • Special requests
   • Additional add ons
     
   • Ability to take/ record a payment

Troubleshooting

Reservation Not Appearing

If you can't find a reservation:

• Try clearing all filters
• Check if the reservation date range is current
• Verify the reservation wasn't cancelled
• Check to see if a Price Class is associated with the reservation (View article on missing price classes)
