Unable to Load Reservations
The Problem
Sometimes when you try to view a reservation by clicking "View" on the reservation page, the screen might not load. The reservation details just won't appear, and you might wonder what's wrong.
Why This Happens
This problem happens when a site in your campground doesn't have a "price class" connected to it. Every reservation needs a price class to work right.
This can happen if someone:
- Removed a price class from a site
- Changed settings and accidentally unlinked a price class
- A staff member created a reservation in the legacy system, but did not complete or assign a camper to the reservation before we migrated data.
How to Fix a Missing Price Class
Follow these simple steps to fix the problem:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Spaces
- Find the site that belongs to the reservation you can't view
- Add a price class to this site
- Save your changes
- Go back to the reservation page
- Try viewing the reservation again
How to Fix a Missing Camper Name
- Since the camper does not exist in our database, and the reservation is considered "temporary" or "incomplete", we recommend that you cancel the reservation and create a new one. The reservation cannot be loaded when there is a missing camper name.
How to Prevent This Problem
Always make sure every site in your campground has a price class. When you create new sites or change settings, double-check that you've assigned a price class.
This will help keep all your reservations working properly and save you time fixing problems later.
